Dr. Sreeram Gonnalagadda is the Family Medicine physician at Frisco Medicine. He provides compassionate, comprehensive primary care and works closely with patients to support their health and well-being.

Front Desk, Reception, and Referrals

Atziri welcomes patients, assists with front-desk needs, and helps coordinate referrals. She is often one of the first people you will speak with when contacting our office.

AARTI

Medical Assistant and Prior Authorization Specialist

Aarti supports patients during their visits and assists with clinical coordination. She also works with insurance companies on prior authorizations for medications and other services.

AI Phone Assistant

Eva is our AI phone assistant. When our team is helping other patients or we receive a high volume of telephone calls, Eva helps answer overflow calls and take messages. This allows us to capture your information so a member of our team can follow up.
